The University of Texas at Austin Graduate Student Housing project is part of the East Campus Master Plan. This two-story building measures approximately 350,000 GSF and includes 150 fully furnished micro-studio living units, one-bedroom units, two-bedroom units, four-bedroom/two bath units, and four-bedroom/four-bath units. There are several common areas for studying or meetings, as well as outdoor amenities and courtyards.

As the lead civil engineer, GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services, including site design, grading and drainage, utility infrastructure, as well as permitting and construction administration services.
