Austin Energy Corporate Headquarters is located in the Mueller Redevelopment which has been nationally recognized as the world’s largest LEED Gold neighborhood. Located on a 3.3-acre site, the facility consists of a 4-story office building totaling 300,000 SF and an attached 6-story parking structure. The neighborhood encourages sustainability by using reclaimed water systems and solar grid for energy.

GarzaEMC provided design services consisting of utility design, site grading, drainage, municipal permitting, and coordination with all design partners. This project’s streetscape design also complies with the applicable Mueller design guidelines and the development as a whole with the Planned Unit Development (PUD) ordinance requirements.
