Fischer Road Reconstruction

The GarzaEMC team provided plans, specifications and estimates services to the Bexar County Public Works Department for the reconstruction of Fischer Road from Quintana Road to IH-35 South. The improvements included reconstruction of approximately 2,100 LF of roadway including drainage improvements via bar ditches along both sides of Fischer Road. The roadway cross-section was widened to two 16-foot lanes with a 6-foot shoulder on each side. This project also included sidewalk improvements along portions of the roadway and SAWS utility relocations.

GarzaEMC’s services provided civil engineering, utility coordination, conceptual site layout, site layout and design, grading and drainage, stormsewer, utility relocation, water and wastewater, SWPPP, ROW, and traffic control plan.
