JBSA Exchange Shopping Center

The new $40 million exchange shopping center at Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) Fort Sam Houston was constructed across from and replaced the existing exchange building built in 1971. The new center measures 196,000 GSF and includes a main exchange, mall and an expanded food court consisting of eight restaurants. The mall portion includes a dental clinic and pharmacy along with 10 kiosks and 12 convenient services.

GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services including drainage, storm sewer, water, wastewater, detention, utilities and dry utilities.
