Engineering Discovery Building

The Engineering Discovery Building (EDB) will be the new home of the University of Texas at Austin Hildebrand Department of Petroleum and Geosystems Engineering and the McKetta Department of Chemical Engineering.

The 210,000 SF building will have a 2-story podium to house larger classrooms and lecture halls, a 7-story tower to house many of the labs and offices, and a mechanical penthouse on the top level.

GarzaEMC is providing full civil engineering services, including design and construction documents, drainage study, SWPPP, and construction administration services.
