Live Oak Hall

Texas State University constructed a new 10,000+ SF building to serve 600 students and faculty of the College of Fine Arts and Communication in response to the growing demand for film concentrations. The $10M facility, known as Live Oak Hall, features a film and sound stage, a TV studio, a recording mix classroom, an editing lab, and offices. GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services.
