John Pelham has been a part of the GarzaEMC team from the beginning. He brings to the team over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, land development, and project management in both the public and private sectors. His industry experience and engineering knowledge allows him to truly understand a client’s needs and develop unique solutions for each project. John specializes in higher education, office campus, and large infrastructure projects throughout the Central Texas Region. His engineering experience includes civil site planning, grading, drainage, stormwater, site utilities, and project permitting.

On John’s time away from work, you can find him at home with his wife and daughter woodworking, landscaping, or making home improvements.
