AISD Rosedale School

The Rosedale School project was one of the projects permitted under Austin Independent School District’s 2017 Bond Program designed to meet LEED Silver certification. The new campus is comprised of a two-story building with an accessory use on the second floor totaling approximately 96,000 GSF with a capacity to accommodate 100 special needs students.

GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services, including site design, grading and drainage, floodplain study, utility infrastructure, as well as permitting and construction administration services.
