This project sits on a 220-acre site located within the ETJ of Travis County. The campus includes ~4,200,000 GSF of manufacturing space with potential build-out, multiple water quality and detention ponds, internal circulation drives, associate landscape areas, and utility improvements. The project collects approximately 500,000 gallons of rainwater into a harvesting system to be used inside the building.

GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services, including site planning, grading, drainage, utility design, off-site utility design, easement coordination, permitting with the City of Austin, Travis County, and Fire Marshal, and construction administration services.
