The Blockhouse Creek Farm (BCF) Multifamily development consists of 10 garden style buildings totaling 347 units located on a +/- 23-acre site in Leander, Texas. This project included the dedication of +/-9.4 acres of parkland to the City of Leander, as well as the design and construction of +/-1,900 LF of public roadway for site access.
