The Texas A&M Center for Innovation was founded on an initial $285.6 million public-private partnership with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. This Center consisted of three new buildings, totaling 200,000 GSF, designed to develop and manufacture medical countermeasures, such as vaccines and medicines.
