Public Library Expansion

City of San Marcos, San Marcos, Texas

This design-build project involved remodeling the existing 27,000 GSF Public Library and constructing a 29,000 GSF expansion. The expansion took place on the current library site, utilizing unoccupied areas and partially redeveloping the existing site. The addition includes meeting rooms, classrooms, and an enclosed children’s room. Additionally, the project encompassed the expansion of the parking lot, upgraded utility connections, and the installation of water quality and detention ponds.
