Dell Children’s Medical Center (DCMC) North Campus is a state-of-the-art children’s hospital in North Austin. This project consisted of adding a approximately 60,000 SF medical office building, associated parking, and landscape improvements to the North Austin Dell Children’s Hospital Campus. The medical office building is situated to allow of the addition of a second medical office as well as potential hospital expansion. GarzaEMC provided full civil engineering services.
