GarzaEMC performed water and wastewater infrastructure replacement under the City of San Antonio 2012 – 2017 Bond. The project consisted of approximately 2,500 FT of storm sewer systems, and 3,000 FT of street, curbs and sidewalk reconstruction throughout the limits. GarzaEMC also performed the design of approximately 2,800 FT of water and 2,700 FT of sanitary sewer infrastructure replacement. Other tasks performed by GarzaEMC included preparing right-of-entry letters for adjoining property owners, reconstruct plats and deeds within the project limits, and topographic survey complying with the current TSPS Standards and Specifications for a Category 6, Condition I Survey.
